24' extension wand with 3/8th quick connect to a 1/4 inch power washing hose and tips

ok so i just ordered an extension wand from northern tool and turns out its made for heavier duty power washers. apparently all wands are 3/8th but my generic pressure washer is a 1/4 inch system. how can i make this work. i googled and i searched amazon and can't find adapters anywhere. anyone got a link to an adapter or should i send this wand back and get a 1/4 extension wand? do they even make one?

1/4 quick connects or pipe thread on the end of the hose? Find a hydraulic bushing 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch, put bushing into the 3/8 and put in a 1/4 nipple in the hose fitting assuming you have a quick connect there.

All vendors on this board can find something that will make it work. Also any hose/hydraulic place will have what is needed.

There are many ways to adapt what you have and you should be able to get what you need locally.

Typically most guns have an inlet of 3/8" and the outlet is 1/4" but it does not make sense that the extension wand you have has an inlet of 1/4", if that is what is really there then that will not be much of a problem. There are many adapters that can do this. Post pictures of the setup and we can tell you exactly what to use that you should be able to find locally.

There are a ton adapters you can use and ways to link this up. I;d recommend heading to your nearest pressure washing or competent hardware store and they'll help you out.
