Cleaning commercial kitchen tile?

A hall in my hometown contacted me about cleaning the floors and tile on the walls behind these giant burners that they use to cook 100 gallon pots on. The tile is pretty nasty. I tested a spot using EBC and hot water and it didn't even make a dent. What are some suggestions on something else to try? Oxalic acid, caustic soda potassium hydroxide?

The test on the floors turned out pretty good. The client was amazed. Used a mix of blue voodoo and EBC.
