I have a pair of older Ozark gloves which are very similar to the hydrahydes that Northern Tool offers. They are a little bit thick which makes them a little cumbersome to work with however, they do the job.
I found some "Snow blower" gloves at my local Lowe's store which seem very nice as well. They have a flocked lining along with a extra long gauntlet which goes just about to the elbow. Just another option.
The gloves are called "Midwest Quality Gloves"
