I’ve been in business less than 1 year. I worked hard to put myself in position to compete and get the opportunity to bid on large scale jobs. Well…that’s starting to pay off!
I was informed today that my company has been contracted to clean 800,000 + square feet of parking garages. The contract scope calls for all floors, pillars, curbs, ceilings, stairwells and exterior lower facade.
I have done ramps and wells previously but not entire garages, I took pen and paper and wrote down a long list of my concerns and called Scott Stone.
Scott, I’m not sure you even remember the conversation, I just wanted to send out a big THANK YOU for the information! I would not have been awarded this contract without your help.
Just to be clear, I did not “low ball” this proposal. I pushed service-service-service and not price. I was not low bid.
To the new guys : (myself included) Be confident, be aggressive and get those “big boy” jobs!
Thanks again Scott,
Rich
