Hi, I'm in need of help. What's the proper way to get mold of a pressure treated deck using low pressure? I'm new to this and when I'm washing houses I keep getting asked if I can do the deck to. I want to be able to say yes I'll do the deck but truth is I'm not sure of the best most safest way to do so with out damaging the wood and to be there 5 hours doing so.
From what I've read on here it's best to soak the deck with water, hit it with your house wash mix, mine consists of 12.5 SH, fresh wash, and water from the xjet5. Let it dwell then use low pressure nozzle and clean it. Then a neutralizer/brightener.
I just bought some F8 oxbright from pressure tek I think that's what people are using.
If this is correct, how is the F8 applied? With a pump sprayer? Or is there a better way to clean the deck? Sorry for the dumb question, just want to be as professional and efficient as I can. Thanks in advance for any help with this.
