which thread had the letter for commercial work??

I've been searching for an old thread that had a sample letter that someone used to send to potential commercial customers before they started cold calling them. Ron M. I think it might have (probably was) one of your threads. If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

I've tried a number of different searches and can't seem to find it. I've used different keywords in hopes of finding the thread, but I've gone through most of what I've found and haven't come across it yet. I've used letter, mail, commercial, store front, storefront, etc. I was hoping that someone might have had that one fresh on their mind.
