Hello,

I have had this pressure washer for almost 5 years. Lately, it is hard to have the machine give the full pressure. I get a strong "pencil" type spray, but, unless I play with the choke or switch from soap to spray, it is difficult to start the full pressure. If I stop, it is not easy to start the full pressure spray again. When I have full spray, it remains until I stop. I have been told it is the unloader valve. I am willing to tear the machine down, however, I am unfamiliar with the machine and could use some direction to locate manuals or printed directions.

I did look over the remarks from the man who borrowed his neighbors and feel that I could handle the machine tear down, however, mine is a Honda and do not know if there is a difference. He talked about the oil in the pump, how does that get replaced/refilled to proper amount? Mine also has the hose connections below the base, I know they later came out with them above the base.

Thanks for your being there.

What's the Craftsman model #? I can look it up that way. Sounds like it may be the unloader.
