This sytem is spotless from top to bottom and it made me wonder if all of our accounts look this good. My answer would be no. I guess the only way would be to go and check all of them myself or require these kinds of pictures on every service. Does anyone else require these on every service?

During my last company meeting ....all in attendance(me)....this topic was brought to the floor. No final decision.

That's clean. I take before and after pics for a few of the large accounts because the GM's don't get a chance to check them before they are greased up again the next morning. They appreciate the pics (usually e-mailed) i did have a hotel stay with me because they liked the pics to be able to show the corprate office what they were getting for thier money.

I'd would guess that system had very little grease prior to the cleaning. I would say every nursing home we service looks just as good as those photos after we are finished. About half the jobs I inspect in restaurants after a cleaning would fail a white glove inspection. It seems there is always little grease hiding behind a corner or ledge.

We have gotten some that clean when we really wanted to show off. But as a rule we leave some grease behind "for the next time" and for the grease fairies. They have to be fed or they will push your ladders down.

Josh you are gettin to be pretty funny these days.

That foam changes people.

We're changing people's lives 1 hood at a time.

I take before & after but I always leave some for the grease fairies also, I do have some nursing home & day cares that come that clean. But here again they don't produce much grease laden vapor so not much grease & more dust than anything else. Sure clean up nice, wish I had more.

Has anyone tried the new cat turbo nozzle? Thinking of buying one & haven't heard any feedback on them. I use the 357 & 457's. Just have to be carefull not to blow the baffes out with them.

cats new oscilating nozzle

I got a press release copy of this nozzle & was just curious. I've always called the oscilating nozzles turbo nozzles Matt. Maybe its a southern thing!

Nice to evolve the industry by requiring pictures on each service.
