Spyware warning wont go away

This little box keeps popping up saying my computer is infected with spyware, well not according to norton, adaware, or spybot. My background is also screwed up to where the back ground is just one solid color instead of the picture i had, and i cant change it back, Also, i tried to system restore and it wont do it.The computer restarts and it says the system was unable to restore, or something like that.

I have others on the laptop, but am too tired to get it out and fired up. Tommorrow starts at 5:30 AM and won't stop until I am at least 300 miles away.

I had the same problem with that pop up I used webroot spy doctor it cleaned it up and found a whole bunch of other stuff I didn't know about. You can get the demo off cnet for free
