District Manager From Cvs Where I Am Located, Said That They Do Not Contract Power Washing In His District. I Guess The Next Step Will Have To Be Corporate Office.
 
When I did a lot of CVS stores it was through a property management company. They paid in 45 days more like 60 days. I am not sure corporate will show you the way.
 
your probably right but its hard to find out who is who. i dont think they have the stores around my area cleaned at all, thats why i figured it would be a good opportunity. i guess its all about leads.
 
I found good luck talking to the individual store managers. They know that the stores need to be cleaned, they have to walk on their nasty sidewalks everyday. I would push your services to them, and from there they will "hound" the right person and if everystore is pushing for pressure washing services and they all have your business card - your in.

i actually did that today and the manager led me to the person respnsible for the whole mall. i spoke to him and gave him my card. i'll just have to wait and see.
 
I wouldn't "just wait and see". Follow up in a week, again a week or two later. Keep checking back every couple of weeks. Stay on this guys mind without hounding him and you stand a good chance of being considered. Good Luck!!
