I need HELP!!! and suggestions

I'm bidding on my first "big project" this week and need some advice. It is an apt complex. The complex is approx. 20 buildings of vinyl siding. They are the basic 2 story building with a breezeway connecting the two "sub-buildings". I have a number in my head, but was curious to see what the going rate was per sq/ft of a larger project such as this. I'm sure i'm going to be questioned about more details so fire away, any help is greatly appreciated.
 
pictures are a huge help. also they're just BIG house washes

Also you should add a signature line

9 buildings 6400 sq/ft
9 buildings 5800 sq/ft
3000 linear ft of sidewalk w/curbing (sidewalk is 3 ft wide)
1350 linear ft of sidewalk (3 ft wide)
4750 linear ft of curbing
7 4-bay parking garages (brick) 1000 sq/ft
7 750 sq/ft concrete slabs in front of parking garages
1 800 sq/ft slab

I understand prices vary in areas....i was just curious as how much you charge per sq/ft on a job of this volume as oppossed to a smaller job
