The Alabama Roundtable will take place at 11am Feb 23rd at the Courtyard by Marriot Hotel in Prattville Alabama you may make plane reservations to the Montgomery Regional Airport , We have a 50 person occupancy for the conference so I need to know who is coming.

When booking your room you need to tell them to give you the "PWI" Rate the number for the hotel is

Please book your room there if at all possible , they are reducing the rate for us if we get enough people to stay there , the regular price for the meeting room is $350.00 a day and I have a block of rooms reserved for you so you will all be toghther as well

I am not asking for a DIME from anyone just help out by staying there , Please
