Ok, the time has finally come. I've talked about it for 2 years now, but I'm setting up the new trailer. The trailer I use now has been in use for 10 years, and the one before that was in use for 10 years. I'm keeping the current trailer in the fleet, but looking to build one with all the bells and whistles. I need some help deciding on accessories, since it's been so long since the last build.
So far I have the following build sheet:
Trailer: 2010 Carmate 7x14 Enclosed with Dual Axles (6,000 lbs each)
Unit: Hotsy 8gpm, 3500psi, 20hp Honda Hot Water Unit with Generator
Unit #2 - Custom 18hp Briggs 5.5gpm, 3500psi, Cat Pump Cold Water
Going to get the floor industrial Epoxy'd and up the walls 4 feet so chems, water, debris won't be an issue.
I'm putting in 2 Stainless Steel 6" Commercial Floor Drains for obvious Reasons
Flourescent Lighting with 3 Waterproof Receptacles
Tank for Chems, Tank for Water, etc.
What lines are you guys running, what valves, and more importantly: What Dual Stacked Stainless Reels do you recommend? Right now I use Coxreels, but overtime as the finish gets sraped off, they rust. Looking for some stainless steel reels that can be stacked for feed line and pressure line. Anything else I'm forgetting? Thanks!
