Hey guys I want to put together a new marketing campain aimed at PM's Appartment Complex's, Building owners and the such. What I would like from you is Help creating one. If you could send me a email to kory@kandjproservices.com of Ideas or a copy of a letter you may have written I would greatly appreciate it. I was thinking of adding a list of equipment do you guys think this would help with the selling of the Co. or just confuse the recipient?

First off, you might want to re-think the name of your company. I believe you have a company with a very similar name in your area - that's not good.

Call, write, fax, email. Get a list of references together, do a cover/intro letter, a month later send a flier and keep doing it. Unsolicited bids work too

i'm busy now, but I'll try after the weekend to send you intro letter and some very basic fliers i send out
