This is a flat Tile Roof Cleaning we did today in Palm Harbor Florida. This one was a little over 6000sq ft and as black as coal. We Cleaned it for a couple who live up in Ohio. One good rain storm and this one will be pretty close to brand new again. i got to use my new Roof Cleaning air pump today too...Whoooo Hooooo! I don't know why I didn't do it sooner. These air pumps Rock.

Thanks David. It's an All Flo KE-038-B3 pump. It's one of the newest of their air pumps. I got it from Lori and Rex at Pressure Washer Services. The air compressor I got at HD last weekend on sale. they had $150.00 off on all tools. I figured I would jump on it. :happydance:

More than I was expecting to. I had one guy spraying the Roof, one guy watering and I kept constantly making new mix at the trailer. It took 2 1/2 coats of love and I went through 90 gals of pure love which equaled out to around 200 gals of mix. I had to keep it a lot stronger than normal. We also had a Pool deck and enclosure to do in the same neighborhood and then a 3 story House Wash and Window Cleaning to do after that down on Indian Rocks Beach. It was a long day! :thud:

Hey Larry will be in just out side of Tampa today Sat. and Sunday. I dont know if I have time but would like to hook up with you if you arent to far away.
 
Where outside of Tampa Scott. Got a bunch of stuff to do but it may be doable. :dance3:

Valrico is not to far away. Yes, we are driving up to MB. Leaving Thursday morning. I think we are gonna leave MB Sunday after the event and head to Savannah GA for a stay. That's the plan anyway.

Looks great Larry.

Question: Does anyone roof cleaning, seal (water proof) those types of roofs, would it make cleaning it in the future easier? Would the sealed roof look better with a mild gloss enhancing sealer?

There are a couple of companies that do seal the Concrete Tile Roofs. Actually one of them is a good friend of mine. He calls me to prep certain Tile Roofs when they are out of his ability. The only thing I hate is that they MUST be washed. They can't seal over dead mold residue. I've seen a few that he has done and they do look great with the sealer on them. He does good work. I've had to Clean a few that were already sealed and or have a slurry coat on them. They CAN be a bit more difficult to Clean because of the coating...They tend to be much mure slippery than Tile Roofs without a sealer.
