Shopping center communication thread!!!

This thread is for faxing and e-mail of document communication. Please keep the entire request for documents and mindless blabbering in here.

If you have a question about the series ask there. I will not be looking at this thread.

Lenny if you could copy & paste your fax list that would be great. if we also ask for e-mails that would be nice as well. Thanks for your help.

Jon you can edit the list and help Lenny. Let Lenny start the post because you can edit his he would not be able to edit yours.

Propaosal

I used the proposal sheet Ron faxed out to us ( after editing it for myself). I faxed it to a small ice cream shop that asked me for a proposal and they faxed it backed to me within an hour. I was surprised to get it back so fast.

I have had about four others with the same results. I just wish they would have posted like yourself.

I too have had some limited success. Last week I sent out 3 proposals and received a phone call the next day. Not to do any work, but informing me that they would keep me in mind. Hey, not pay-dirt, but I guess I peaked thier curiousity.
 
fax problems

I just wanted to let some of you know... I think a few of you may have tried to fax me the info. I don't know if it is my machine or your machine, but they never came through. If you guys wouldn't mind trying again, or someone else trying, I would really appreciate it.

Here's a question. With this maint. program, I am guessing that the maint. is done monthly. But I may be wrong. So which is it Ron? Monthly, bi-weekly, weekly???
 
I updated the fax list todat. I didn't know i could do that. I thought only moderators could do it.
 
Lenny, you were able to do it, because it was contained in a reply that was generated by you. If it were in anyone else's reply, you would not have been able to.
 
Please post the window cleaning question in a new thread.......post it under pressure washing. No one answer that here please, so we dont go off in three different directions here.

Things are looking up. Ron, I know you will be happy to hear this. I did everything you said, contacted property managers, measured, faxed. Here is what happened today. I was measuring a large strip mall in my are, right next to another large mall which I will be measuring tomorrow if I have time at night. I saw a gentelmen in a garage around back and asked him if he knew who the property manager was and he said yes. I then asked him if he would tell me his name and how I could contact him and he said, he he, you are talking to him. I explained who I was and what I was doing and to make a long story short, he asked me to finish measuring that property and asked me to go to another property in the area to measure that and send him a proposal on both. The total sq. ft. of both properties come to 72,827. He also wants windows done. I hope it works out. Ron, I owe you so much for your guidance. Thank you. I also got a few calls to do some decks today.
 
Glad to see communication thread, they make reading the series tough. Will the communication replies be removed from the series post?

I would like to get caught up on the paper work.

Yes, I'm still waiting for a fax, if someone could find the time. I was out measuring strip malls today, and I'll need the cover letter et all so I can plagiarize them. Thanks again,
