Venting out PW

Does anyone know where someone could get an adapter for an horizontal burner pressure washer to the piping??? I have been to Lowe's and Home Depot and have found the some but they don't have a curve to them. Anyone know of a place to get them at or will I have to "rig" it myself??? How much does the part cost??

I've seen Delco's for around 60 dollars but thats a little pricy. I was planning on venting my two hydroteks out. One would go straight up and the other would go to the side. Thanks

Daniel

Hello Daniel,

Somewhere in Texas! :) When you fine out let us know! ;)

Here are a couple pictures of the back of our trucks. You really need to vent the burner outside and have piping that will pull fumes in from the space and out the stack. If I remember correctly they call them draft diverters. Check with a sheet metal shop in your area. The pipes shown in the pictures are 12”.

You can count on it costing more than sixty bucks!! We try to set up our equipment with safety in mind!

can ya post a picture of it? If so im shure somebody can come up with the proper solotion.

Which Hydro teks do you have? The SS series has tabs folded into the exhaust stack. You can just flip these out and use them to attach stove pipe. You don't want a solid fit at the machine. You need an air gap to promote proper drafting of the exhaust. The fan in the burner is designed only to give the fuel enough air to burn properly. It is not intended to push exhaust out a stack. Natural heating in the stack and cool air rushing in the bottom draws the heat up and out.
