Anyboby do newsletters? Please show your newsletters

I've been doing a newsletter for about 1 1/2 years now, its nothing fancy but it does get read, Ive had several PM's tell me they've read it. Mine is geared towards commercial work. Its a good way to keep my company name in front of customers. I send it to about 75 PM's and other customers. I send it to PM's Ive work for and several Ive never worked for.

Like I said its nothing fancy but it works

This is a past newsletter, I send them out every 2-3 months

Please show yours so we all can get some ideas

That's cool Jeff...

What kind of packaging do you wrap it in? I mean, do you just print it out on regular paper, fold it up and stick it in an envelope? I truly think that I'm too big of a dummy to put something like this together. Potential customers would be saying "I for sure don't want to use this bum now"......and "Why does he keep saying, Fear the Foam"..hahahhha

Nah, really I think it's a good ider and if I knew somebody smart enough to write one of these for me (correctly), I would. There is a lot of info that kitchen exhaust cleaners could put in there to edjumicate our customers and potential customers. We could go through the NFPA standards and put some of the articles of Restaurant fires that Grant posts on here for us to show them why they want a certified company cleaning their system....dang, the more I think about it, the more I really like this idea...hum...if it wasn't 3:30 am and I wasn't dead tired, I would think about this some more.....

oh well, there is always tomorrow, I guess.....Thanks for the idea Jeff..:)

I've been sending one out for almost two years now. I use an online system called Constant Contact that goes out through email. It has some really cool features and it's pretty inexpensive to use. www.constantcontact.com

Its hard to keep good info in it so I keep it pretty simple, try to ad a little humor. I will be improving it soon with a little help, I know its pretty basic, but I know many PM's will read it when they get a chance. I saw it on the front seat of one PM's car and he said he read it when he had breakfast

I put it on reg paper, and mail it. They can be fun to do and its better than just sending fliers & letters

You can do it Anthony
