Here's a house we did last week. Its 101 years old. Of course the roof is only about 8-10 years old. The owner owns a woodworking shop, and when he bought the house it was just a small shotgun house basically. He aded the porches, the shutters, all of the fancy trim work, etc.. Its being made one of the stops for the historical tours for League City. If you google League city, TX, its got a lot of history.

We're also doing his rental properties.

Sweet job on that job Scott. I did one that was on the historical tour a few years back that was in Down Town Dunedin Florida. Makes you feel good taking care of one of those old homes. Nice work! :)

Scott, great job as usual! No gutters? How did you deal with the run off? Lots of dilution? scott

When theres no gutters, we usually tarp ALL bushes, and when it drips it creates a pool on the tarp, and we flood that until it all runs over the edges and ends up clear. It probably takes longer than just watering the ground, but it sure makes me feel much better!!

Thanks!
