4 nozzle Spray Bar feedback

It would be nice to see a side by side demo with two surface machines lets say about 27 inches each and one surface machine has a two bar set-up and the other with a 4 bar set-up and both hooked to a seperate 8gpm powerwasher.

This would be great to see at a RT along with some other demo's no doubt.

We use two machines combined to run 10 gal. If we had a 2 nozzle spray bar, we would run 2505 in each hole. We run the 4 nozzle spray bar with 4 25025 in each hole. The tips are beside each other giving you twice the width cleaning per rotation. Then you can go faster.
Lines can come from going to fast, fix it by going over it with a wand.
Or tip clogged, surface cleaner should be vibrating
or too much pressure, you scarred concrete
Or somethings wrong with your machine.

great point

I switched to the 4 nozzle bar last year and feel it's the best thing we could have done. No zebra stripes, no racing stripes just evenly cleaned concrete. I would advise using the 25 degree tips instead of the 15 degree ones.

Guy, is that for maintenance cleaning or will it work for initial cleaning of really bad areas?

Thanks.
