6.25 million dollar barn roof cleaning

We have a ton of these mansion barns in Wellington to clean. Here is a neglected one. Just under 14k ft2. Purchased for 6.25 mill a few years ago on 3.4 acres. We did a soap application on the barrel tile roof, the property could of still used a ton of tlc but its going on the market and they were looking for the best bang for the buck. 20140908_083452.jpg20140908_131732.jpg

5 star is very popular. They build a lot of these taj mahal barns. From the looks of it they probably built this one. The contractor we did this for, Ivan, works for 5star. He got a finders fee, just sayin Chad ;-)

I'll let him know lol. He has an assistant (Chris) but I'm not sure if he handles the subs or not.
I don't need any finders fees. Just do a good job for them. That would make me (and everyone else) happy.
