A little roof cleaning job we just did

Just completed these condo's.
Busy on another commercial roof cleaning job here in brandon right now.
We are back to running 2 trucks again, planning on building a third too, but only for ME.
I am gonna build a roof cleaning machine that will be so fast it will be downright frightening, for my Personal roof cleaning truck.

Sweet Job on those Townhouse Roofs Chris. I wish we had more Shingle Roofs over on this side of the bridge. All we ever seem to end up Cleaning are Tile Roofs. Keep up the good work bro. :thumbup2:

Thanks Larry, my Son actually sold these while I was on "Vacation" :grin-angelic:
I guess my Boy does have it in him after all ?
He cold called this Property Manager, and it turned out that we did his Father In Laws Roof


The Property Manager got that "warm fuzzy feeling" for us, but he did get 2 other bids!
Of course, he showed them to my Son, and asked him to match the low bids, and my Boy said No!
I spent years training my Son how to sell Larry, and it paid off.
My Boy told him that no way can you get a Mercedes for the Price of a Kia!
My Son provided him with names, places we did, and tons of pictures, instead of dropping his pants, and he won this Job.
I am Sooo Proud of him:hug:

This job paid Extremely well Larry, actually many of the units were almost a gift!

Went in Cold too, turned out the Buyer was just a little older then him, both Football Nuts, just like me.
My kid had his Bucs hat on, and they started talking Football, hit it off really good.'


I think that is the secret of sales Nick, find something you have in common with your customer ?
Of course, I dont have to tell YOU how to sell, LOL

Yeah, I bid 2 jobs yesterday, they just laughed at my price :shout:
Oh well, we have plenty work, at the Moment, so I can be a "good girl"
One customer asked me WHY I will not "meet or beat" the price on his particular job.
I just told him I didn't want to, and when I am busy, like we are right now, I don't.
But, like everyone else, sometimes ya just gotta take whats thwere, like in a West Coast Offense, dink and dunk, when we want to "throw the bomb"

I had one lady call me, ask for a price, turn out my ex employees did her neighbors roof + whole house and all for 300 cash!

I looked kinda stupid when I asked her for 375.00 for the roof, know what I mean ???

Wow thats stupid low. Fortunately for you he wont be able to afford insurance next year or gas for that compressor pricing like that. Was the 4100 roof a tile or shingle Kory?
