Advertising strategy to meet goals

We are going 100% email marketing and internet. Also focusing on our customer base of 2700 past customers. Spending way too much trying to chase new stuff. We are now about 70% commercial. I have a email database of 5000+ commercial clients that I can email too. Send 1250 emails a week and something always needs cleaning. Keeps us busy enough.

That would be odd , if you swapped residential with commercial and gained 70% don't stop what you did right refine it and get more selective on the clients you want. Take the 2700 list pick the top 50 and go grow them.


This is the step that separates you from the pack , remember only a day and a half per month. No more
