All Surface Pressure Cleaning, St Petersburg Fl

Had a great time visiting with Larry Millette, of All Surface Pressure Cleaning today on a soft wash non pressure roof cleaning he was doing in St Petersburg FL today cleaning a 2 story tile roof. Got to watch his company clean a two story tile roof in about 2.5 to 3 hours. Was also honored to meet his wife Carol and his customer, the owner of the house, Linda. She was EXTREMELY pleased and happy. Linda couldn't believe how the roof went from looking all black and ugly to like a brand new roof in a matter of a couple hours.

I appreciate Larry taking the time out of his day to show me his processes and procedures, rig, equipment. Larry also was gracious to answer any and all questions I had. Always great to see how other professional contractors operate.

Thanks Larry, I had a great time and learned a lot from you.

Awww, thanks for the kind words Doug. The pleasure was actually all mine though Doug. it was great to finally get to meet you in person. Your one heck of a nice guy. I hope we have enough time to hook up for dinner before you leave.

Here are the before and after pics of that job. We also washed the house, concrete and the pool deck and enclosure in the back. A little over 3 hrs. We made good time on this one.

More like " I feel soooo broke". Hahaha! Actually they are getting ready to move in. They just bought the house and are spending a ton of $$ on renovating it. The Cleaning we did was just part of it.

Thanks Tony. It's actually just good ole fashion sweat created from the soupy humidity here in our wonderful state of Florida but hey, if it wins me a contest then what the heck. Ummm? Whats the prize? I probably shouldn't have just asked that question. Something tells me I'm gonna be sorry I did.
