A job I almost walked away from because the paint was so bad in front. But the lady who lives here so wanted to have it cleaned and was as nice as could be. I was glad she talked me into it. A very light wash and the black hust melted off. Could not fix the paint but her house is white again.

Real nice Patrick. I love cleaning solid color painted houses. We can charge a premium for that because the homeowners do not know what to expect and most times it comes out as nice as can be.

Water mark your picture so it doesn't get lifted and also use it some advertisement. Excellent work!
 
Thanks John. Up until that house I had only done Vinyl and Brick. WOW I want to go look for more painted houses even if the paint is falling off. What a difference and went well. As for the photos. I was a photographer for over 20 years. If people actually paid for all the photos they lifted from me I would probably be retired and having only half as much fun. http://www.behance.net/PMLynch/frame
