Although I'm new here I feel at home because I've been hanging out in the shadows for months and months. In fact, so much so that I already feel that I know many of you.

I operate Rapid HotClean in Portland, Oregon. As the name might suggest to you, we specialize in hard surface cleaning - both commercial and residential.

PWI is an amazing site in that there is such a massive amount of information here, along with routine postings by some of the biggest names in our industry.

Anyway, I look forward to participating in the conversations and sharing with all of you.
