Any upgrades available for a North Star hotbox heater?

The equipment I've acquired has one of these on the trailer as the previous owner was only running a 4gpm machine.

I am now running 8gpm and ran it through the heater with the t-stat on full and saw about 110*-120* out of it which is 1/2 the max temp at 4gpm.

Upgrading to a new heater isn't an option at this time so I was hoping I could change the coil or nozzle reasonably to get another 50-60* out of it at 8gm.

With the small housing of the AFG Beckett burner, the fan is only 5 3/4", so about the largest fuel nozzle you can use is a 2 gph without causing soot problems.
