Apple Sauce Cleans 2 Dirty Tampa Roofs

[Apple Roof Cleaning]

Here are two dirty roofs in Tampa we cleaned today with Apple Sauce.
The first one was a previous customer we did 3 years ago,
The roof is partially under trees, and the before picture shows the green algae starting to return.
Some of it was also turning black.
The second picture was one I cold called with a free Demo.
It is in an older section of Tampa, near Busch Gardens.
Notice the bars on the windows ?
The roof was absolutely filthy, and had never been cleaned before.
Like all dirty roofs, it yielded to the cleaning power of Apple Sauce.
The cleaning pictures show the Apple Sauce removing years of Black Roof Mold from the Tampa Roof.
From this job we cold called, we have several other leads, as neighbors us bring the roof back to like new amazement.
When I knocked on this customers door today, he had no idea he was getting a "new roof" for Christmas!
He said it was the best 350.00 he ever spent!

And a few more pictures of this second dirty roof in Tampa we did today.
It is Christmas time in Tampa right now, and most potential customers have Christmas lights up.
You can not wait around for the phone to ring with potential roof cleaning customers this time of year.
After we did a repeat customers roof, we went out cold calling, the old fashioned way.
Armed only with a business card, we simply see a roof in need of our services, and stop.
The owner was outside, working in his yard.
We stopped the roof cleaning truck, and I politely introduced myself, explained what I could do for his roof, and offered to show him.
He told me he needed a new roof, and there was no way I could ever clean this roof, LOL
When I told him I was an experienced roof cleaner who has taught hundreds of people to clean roofs, he told me to have at it, as long as the demonstration was free.
His jaw dropped as the Apple Sauce worked it's roof cleaning magic.
The pictures reveal this part of Tampa is an older area.
NO one ever works these areas for some reason ?
I guess because everyone wants to cold call 1000.00 dollar jobs ?
I find these older areas extremely receptive to roof cleaning demonstrations.
It is wrong to believe homeowners living in these working class class areas do not care about having their dirty roofs cleaned.
Many just do not know what is possible, because no one ever contacts them for roof cleaning!
It has also been my experience these people will often follow the lead of a neighbor in getting their roof cleaned.
It is not uncommon for us to do entire blocks, once neighbors see their neighbors roofs are clean.
