Bidding a Roof on a bank

I'm running out now to go give the man in charge a proposal on there roof. I'm going to take picture so i'll let you know how it goes. Oh and i was driving by from a job and saw it so i stopped in and the lady said we are looking to get it cleaned can you give me and estimate so here i go...lol love it!!

Thats so ironic that you posted this. My wife is out giving an estimate on this one right now! Believe it or not we have driven by it 100 times and said "man we should go by there and talk to the management", and we just never did.

Wow....Thats a big'n..lol I Talked with the Vice President and he said that he got 2 other bids over the weekend. So i asked if he knew how they where going to clean it. He said with a pressure washer at low PSI. So i explained Non-Pressure roof cleaning to him. We'll see what happens
 
Make sure to take him a copy of the ARMA bulletin to show him that is the only method approved by the manufacturers! And that any use of pressure washer, no matter how "low" pressure they say they are using, will damage the roof further.

Yep thats the one in Sugarland right off of Hwy 6. I'll ask the manager who they are using, or see if he is looking for someone to do the windows and drop your name and number.

I appreciate that Scott - She won't probably need me but you know that if you wife needs something around here she can call me anytime and I'll do my best to help.
