Bioclean Truck and territory for sale.

I did not have a chance to visit with the guy in Tampa, just too many things that I had to do.

Do you have anyone up in the Myrtle Beach area that I could go and see the truck?

Sorry Chris, the only guy we have in FL right now is the fellow in Tampa. Things just don't get very dirty down there compared to the rest of the country so guys can get by with soap/rinsing and not have as much of a contrast between (acceptably) clean and dirty as there is the further north you venture.

When the people buy those trucks is it up to them to have them lettered/wrapped or do you do that?

We can do that if they like. Some choose to do that so when they pick up the truck they can use it right away with no down time, while others would rather do that when they can afford it and it's on their schedule.

I think that Blaine should make a video showing the system in use but......to protect his proprietary technology, not show certain things but show the basics so people can see the system in use and how it works.

With a sizeable investment like that, people would want to know more about it and how it works, a good video can accomplish all that and more, just takes some time to make the video and edit.

I was going to do that this spring. I even have the storyboard and script already written. I also have built special wash guns to protect the proprietary info, but I'm like everyone else: I need to see it to believe it! So I fully understand when people tell me that. Unfortunately my video guy started building a house and at the same time accepted a consultants job that makes him travel a lot. Everything happened at the worst possible time for me. I am planning on putting some stuff together on my own and I am going to try and still enlist his help to assemble the pieces. My goal is to have something together by the PWNA convention. I may have to get another video guys assistance to do it if my original fellow can't do it. I'll keep everyone posted!

Ive got a 2 step machine similar to that located in Phoenix. Its activated by the pull from the wand and it goes through 3 cycles. Its got lights on the top that basically tells you what mode you are in. Pretty unique system.

I believe Sparklewash has something similar to that from what I've seen.

Blaine, I was not asking about florida, I was asking about Myrtle Beach South Carolina. hahahahaha

Do you have anyone in that area?

Thanks.

Blaine, just get a lot of video and do it yourself with windows movie maker, most of the guys on the board have used that program.

I will be making one soon to put on my website.

how do you switch chems from the gun?

You have 3 hoses that come up to your gun, fresh water pressure line and two chemical lines. There is a lever that allows you to select which one you want to use. The advantage to this is that you don't have to wait for a line to clear before applying the next step, and you always have a fresh water rinse with no residue left in the hose. The emphasis is on how quick you can wash because time is money in the fleet business. I have seen business relationships that have existed for years end over 25 cents a truck, so you try to keep your costs down and not have to worry as much about that 25 cents you just lost.

hey blaine what do guys do for water recovery???

Pretty much everything: From caps, plugs, and sumps all the way to mats. Unfortunately there isn't a one-size-fits-all in those situations. Paul covered that very well in the roundtable meeting we had in Milwaukee. You have to be flexible depending on the situation.

We went with the BioClean system on our exisiting unit. We visited Blaine and did a couple demo's with trucks set up just like the one that is for sale. Its a pretty sweet setup and the cleaning ability of their chems and abitlity to change chems at the gun is pretty sweet. Well worth considering if you are doing fleets. If we were just a bit bigger I would be calling Blaine up to purchase the truck myself!!!

Dave, you and your dad are great guys, and we look forward to the future success of your business. Who knows? I wouldn't be surprised if you were in a position to make a purchase like that down the road. You both have a great attitude and are eager to learn and certainly not afraid to work. That's a rare commodity in today's world it seems!:yes4:

Is moviemaker good? I also got a program for doing that when I bought my Sony videocamera, but no matter which one I choose I just have to put the time in and do it. I might call you for pointers and help!:yes4::thank_you2::smilewinkgrin:

About to get another account with the BioClean system. 45 tractors and 125 53' trailers. Another demo tomorrow for some school busses and about a dozen more companies that loved the demo and are working up the ladder for approval to have us wash. It would be nice to just get half of those dozen or so. Who knows...literally one night could make it be to the point we HAVE to purchase your truck just to get all the work done! Always love it when you roll up to a truck that is still wet from them washing it their way and then able for us to wash it "our" way. People are amazed.

I guessed that it was that way.

Sounds like you found your competition. Did I tell you to plan it that way or did it just work out like that? Glad to hear it is working out. Keep us posted how things are going when you get a chance!
