I agree it is ridiculous, but if they went after home owners they would never get some of this garbage passed. Just go after BIG bad business they have deep pockets.
Some of he BMP regs will specifically exclude home owners from any requirements that business owners will have to meet as well. Wat can we do? Continue to get involved in the process send letters to your congressman, and work to help establish realistic requirements.
