Check The Price On This Bid

I just bid a coffee type place for a one time cleaning, I'd like some thoughts on my price.

Drive thru: 95x10 moderate staining (gum and oil) at window and order board, otherwise pretty clean. Plan on cleaning with mild caustic and hot water.

Front entry and walk: 110x5 sidewalk, no gum.

Aluminum awnings: There are 11 around the building, purely decorative, house wash mix and rinse.

This is the first one of these I've ever bid, other guy was bidding when I showed up. It's for an inspection on Tuesday so it's also a rush job.

To be done at night, easy water access, hot water machine, will be CWA compliant.

What would you guys bid?

Is the place new?

The prices you guys are talking about on 900feet are close providing your dont have gum like you stated.

I would waive the intial to get the 125.00 15 day service contract. But thats me, i'm nuts.
 
Yeah ...you are nuts guys ! :p South and west part of US seems to have way lower prices than in north/east states. The good thing is that you guys have year long season :)

I would do it for $150 a month, sounds like a 1/2 hour's worth of work..

I wish Ron, this guy isn't spending a penny unless you pry it out with a crowbar. I hear what you're saying, but this guy is a "special" case.

Thanks for the reminder JC, I would have dropped the SH out of the mix completely.

Ron after it's done I'm going to try and sell it as regular maintanence, but as hard as this guy tried to talk me off this price, it may be an uphill battle.:)

He has 4-5 locations, only calls if an inspection coming up.
