chemical injector not pulling chemical?

ralph so do you think i should leave the 2.1 injector in or put the 2.3 back on most the time ill be using the 200' hose if i need the extra 50' ill use it. sence i got the right gpm gun now

2.1 is going draw more and open easier. It also causes you to lose more flow if you don't bypass it or take it off when you are done downstreaming.

I hope it works with 10 gpms. I also install my qc's backwards (the way they come installed). I have the coupler on the end not the plug.

That's how my machines are setup. I'm bumping one of them up to 8.5gpm so I'll probably have to switch injectors or make one of those bypass contraptions lol

cool im glad we figured it out, im gonna put a small ball valve on the injector so i can jus shut it off.

Much better to use a larger ball valve and just bypass the injector. You will get a whole lot more flow plus the engine and pump will not be working near as hard unless you are using high pressure tips.
