Concrete Parking Lot Cleaner Mixture.....

I was wondering if anyone had mixed TSP with a degreaser such as EBC with some type of surfactant such as Roof Snot or a more simple version such as Dawn Dish Soap? Is it ok to mix TSP and EBC? Are they strong enough by themselves? etc.....

Thanks

Don't have any experience with ebc but I routinely use tsp plus either bleach if the concrete is moldy or caustic if greasy or oily. I almost always put in a good shot of dishsoap really just as a marker to let me know my downstreamer is working and it can't hurt to have extra surfactant but the dish soap is probably no significant help. I'm also starting to use more sodium metasilicate instead of tsp. Either way a little water softener like soda ash (sodium carbonate) (not bicarb) helps.

This stuff when straight caustic is involved dawn for a surfactant is a waste of time. The caustic knocks it out as soon as they mix. There might be some more foam than usual but thats a waste of time on flatwork.Foam=rinse time loss of workability as the great one would say. When doing store fronts becareful with the sodium metasilicate usually anymore than 9-14 lbs per 55 is gonna cause a terrible window haze that the owners will be pissed about.Just like washing trucks if the glass isnt clean you will get complaints.

Well I am about to mix something up new for flatwork....IDK if it will be something simple as Purple Power or EBC or what and I plan to learn how to use the TSP when it is needed. I am fixing to order some F-13 for gutters, or GutterZap, or something as well. I read where Simple Green does just as good a job as those two....any input?
