Concrete Pool Paint Prep

Has anyone done any concrete pool paint removal? I have a pool company that wants me to price removing the paint from several concrete pools they have contracted to re paint. I would think I will have to use my pressure washer sand blast set up to remove the paint? Any help on this would be appreciated. My most power machine is a 3500 psi HW 8 gal. machine. Thanks

Solvent based strippers which are costly is one way. Sand blasting is the way I have done it in the past but it too is very costly when you factor in the time it takes to do these. Most places just repaint, I think it is one of the worst things you can do is paint concrete in a heavy traffic area. These guys would be better educated in dying/staining concrete and sealing rather than painting it.
