Do you use articles like this Doug?

I was thinking it would be good to download it as a doc and have it on your tablet for selling jobs along with before and after pics. Let's them see the end result and the reason to have it done beyond cosmetics from an outside source.
 
I've never been a big fan of having something for customers to look at or read during the visit, residential wise anyway. Commercial is different.

Tried the Ipad thing for pics, and didn't really seem to help, and I just think brochures like this take away from me being the person for my customer to rely on for the correct information. I'd rather my customer trust me and what I say, than something printed. Now if a customer were to request some info be mailed then something like this might be good with a packet of information.

80-90% of our customers I never meet until AFTER the job is done anyway...and that is when we get them set up on once a year maintenance cleanings. By this time they are SOLD as they see the finished product.
