Dual Hot Rigs on NPR Flatbed with Recovery System & Extras

Hey friends,
I’m going to sell my commercial wash rig and equipment, and concentrate on my wood restoration side of the biz. Just too much for me to handle without keeping two extra employees on staff, so here’s what I have for sale.

VEHICLE:
A 2001 GMC 3500 (same as an Isuzu NPR) flatbed with 159K, 14,000 gvw (no CDL required)– these go 400K easily. Turbo diesel and Allison automatic transmission with exhaust brake. Runs great. Title in hand. I put a new custom made flatbed on ( 12” spaced cross members) two years ago which cost 4 grand alone. Tires are all great. New fronts and two new rears in 2008. Brakes are fine.

RIG #1:
It’s a Pressure Pro hot water unit. Belt drive 5.5 gpm (TS2021 pump), 20hp Honda with unknown hours – never put an hour meter on (I would guess around 5000 hrs). 800,000 BTU Beckett burner, up to 200 degrees + new coil in 2007. I have a brand new TS2021 pump that will go along with the sale. Plenty of life left in this rig. Winterized and maintained religiously

RIG #2:
This one’s a Northern Tool hot water unit. 4.0gpm (Cat pump) direct drive with a 18hp Honda motor. Low hours (I’d estimate around 700). Vertical Beckett burner. As with the above unit, maintained and winterized religiously. Used for gum removal only.

RECOVERY & FILTRATION:
There’s a Sirocco PEV2 dual vacuum system with pump-out (removed from the cart and mounted on the truck) with a Sirocco OWS-15 filtration unit. This will handle incoming water from both rigs at the same time @ 15gpm. Also a 21” stainless Sirocco (Mosmatic) vacuum surface cleaner. Used very little. 50’ of vacuum hose as well.

GENERATOR:
This is a Northern Tool 8000w gas generator. Power supply for the vac system, filtration, and light tower simultaneously. Low hours.

MISC.
2 - 250 gallon totes mounted to the flatbed, 2 large metal tool boxes, Cox reels hose reel (hold 300’), Cox reels hose reel (holds 250’), Garden hose reel, 2-35 gallon poly leg tanks for soaps, etc., 28” Whisper Wash Big Guy surface cleaner with spare bar (could use a new gun, but works as is). Also I’ll throw in the hoses that are on the truck – 250’ grey non-marking pressure line & 200’ ¾” supply hose. I have LOTS of chemicals (dry & liquid) I’ll throw in as well if you’d like. Many fittings, injectors, wands, tips, water berms, oil socks, traffic cones, etc. Fully turn key commercial unit with all the stuff you need as well.

What it needs:
Rig #2 needs a new fuel filter installed (I have the filter). Generator may have water in the gas tank as the filler cap is missing the plastic cover over the gauge and I think water got in there (It isn’t starting). You’ll need to put on new ¾” hose from the supply tank fitting to the pump on both units (I cut these when I winterize). The truck needs a new drivers side low beam headlight.

That’s it. There may be some other small issues that I’ve forgotten, but just realize this is a WORKING unit and it’s used. It didn’t just roll off the assembly line so I’m trying to be as up-front about every issue I can think of. This is the fifth configuration I’ve built, and I feel that this is the easiest rig to work from I’ve ever used. Could use some cosmetic work, but I never cared about it because no one sees it at night anyway. I’m pricing it to sell and offering it to you guys before I go E-Bay and CL. It will need to be picked up in the Twin Cities, but I wouldn’t hesitate to drive it anywhere. I actually purchased the truck in Miami and drove it up here.

ASKING PRICE: $18,500 PM me with questions or ask in the post.
