Easy Way To Clean Curb

Nice video George.

I was wondering why you were walking backward, I am guessing you are just changing up things some.

I have done the same thing with the curbs, I was trying to rig up something to hold the surface cleaner at a 45 degree angle to the curb so I could just walk with it that way cleaning the face of the curb but had no luck and was just bending the brushes trying to hold it at the angle.

I was going to try and mount a spray nozzle on the deck of the steel eagle 24" or big guy 28" so that it was spraying toward the face of the curb and it would only need a bracket, "T" to divert the water from the spray bar (not trying to wash the bottom and face at the same time), a ball valve for the nozzle and some time to make the adjustment work. I was thinking of doing the face this way, just push the surface cleaner and keep the nozzle on the face of the curb, maybe it would work. Then do the top and bottom with the other surface cleaner. I would not try this nozzle on a floater since you are not cleaning the bottom at the same time and if you did it would divert too much water away from the spray bar and it would not clean as good. I am sure some of the great vendors out there could rig up a kit to add this to your wheeled surface cleaners for cleaning the face of curbs. Just my opinion.

I do the same thing, but use a BE 14" surface cleaner - one of the best $100 I have spent. Works great when doing curbs and on anywhere that is just too small to try to get my 24" surface cleaner.

Love the video!
