EBC pricing

Got a restaurant here where they were taking the mats out back and rinsing them off with the water hose.
Now they've got about 80 or so feet of oil/grease run off from the back kitchen area, all the way to the road.
Is there a good sq ft price to charge to get out there with ebc?
Would cold water do it?
I can get my hands on hot if necessary but that means less money for me

I can go by and get more exact measurements, but I'd say 80-100 x about 5 or 5 feet

Most of it is just straight parking lot

i think a gallon would be enough which is about $40ish shipped. I have heat and always use it on oil because I can but it sounds to me like cold would do it on this.

Two applications seems to make a big difference for me. Apply at 1:4 with a pump sprayer and scrub good with a push broom. Go pittle for a few minutes. At this point it often seems like hitting it again with ebc before pressure washing helps but maybe it isnt necessary. Then rinse.

Sounds about right....

hey guys, if I go take a pic, do you think yall could provide a ballpark price?
I've never done oil cleanup so I have no idea how long its gonna take, or even what to charge per hour for a "specialized" cleaning but I think I could take care of that part if I just knew how the job would take

I consider that high-dollar work, whatever that is in Baton Rouge. Problem solving as much as cleaning.

Charge them 1 trillion dollars. If they are ok with that, GREAT. If not, lower it some. If they are only willing to pay $5 then you probably shouldnt do it.

Nobody can tell you what you should charge. The place is going to have a budget, you have a minimum that is acceptable to you, and there may be other people in the area who will do it for half as much as you and do just as good of a job. You should have an idea of an hourly rate you want. $150-250 just to throw a number out there for you.

These guys called me last year and said a few other guys came out and couldn't do a thing.
A lot of the guys around here are old school, no niche type of people.
I had a job with applebee's a few months ago and the dumpster pad was gross and they said its been that way for years, nobody could get it.
I'm guessing BR is used to that.
I was thinking of telling them $200, just cuz nobody else could obviously get it.

here's pics

GM wasnt in and they actually moved the guy I spoke with last year to another store.
But I'm going in Monday to see if I can sell this to the new guy.
$200 sound good, knowing the details now?
Is EBC and cold water gonna do a good enough job?
This stuffs BLACK.
Also I'm assuming they aren't currently still calling other contractors, so this would be a "no competition" bid

Hey thanks for the call daniel!
gonna go talk to them monday about doing a demo.
help me save from using a whole gallon and it possibly not working as well as anticipated.
Thanks for the tips on getting maintenance cleanings though.

might be giving you a call tomorrow carlos.
Whats your number?
