Envirospec Burner Diagnostic

That was funny Paul. hahahahaha

So does Home Depot and Sears but I prefer Craftsman tools. hahahahaha

diagnostic tools, aka.. "truth indicators" for troubleshooting.

I've been pushing heaters with Fuel pressure guages, and indicator lights for actually, over 15 years.
Along the way, I've paid close attention to "machines by others"
that come through our service department..
I have rarely seen any with indicators,
and I don't remember a SINGLE one with a fuel pressure guage.
I believe some Aladdin units had some indicator lights,
Landa used to put a voltmeter on their systems with belt-drive generators.

On the stationary electric systems we sell..
If the customer buys a PM program with the system..
we add "one-shot indicators" across the temp controls..
..they don't reset themselves,
so we can tell if the system "has ever" overheated..
This way, we can look for inactive bugs,
and monitor "abuse" by users, and the jobsite..
..like limited water supply, etc.
This is how we achieve LONG-term LOW cost for our customers.
The city yard down the street from us..
has a stationary diesel fired system that is about 15 years old..
we only see it every year for burner tune-up,
.. set of water-seals about every 3-4 years,
and an unloader every 2 years.
It might even be on the original coil.
