Felt Back TPO Roofing Bid

I'll be bidding on a few football fields worth. It looks like EPDM. Before I get the manufactures specs and cleaning instructions I figure I'd throw it out there and see if anyone has any experience with this. As per warranty conditions it needs to be kept clean to maintain reflective properties. TPO- Thermoplastic Olefin

Is this the white stuff that is rolled on/ sprayed over the spray foam insulation that kind of squishes when you walk on it?

If so, I have used house wash mix on it and since the roofs were not too flat, I had to wand a lot of it but the areas that were flat I used a surface cleaner with larger nozzles for less pressure and surface cleaned the larger areas.

If it is the rolled out and fused together stuff, same process as this is more rubbery than the other type, the other type is more stiff/plastic kind of feel and it bubbles up when it is dirty and the heat is trapped under it then the bubbles pop and now you have roof leaks so they have to clean the areas before repairing them.

Thanks for the reply Chris. Im on an Ipad, I can post a pic on Monday. Heres the catch: 90% of the roof is riddled with a solar energy system. Its not panels but glass tubes, might even be a solar hot water system. I havent seen it in person yet. A good friend wants to sub it out to me. You cannot walk on the tubes and the roof itself is barely accessible. One thing for sure is they absolutely need it cleaned and theyve ran out of potential solutions. I am their last saving grace.
