How did it work out?

Any help here would be greatly appreciated. We've got some real stubborn gas canopies. The first chemical seemed to dent it and penetrated, but its only giving us partial results. We tried acids, butyl, chlorine. Last night went with caustic soda beads 6-8 cups per 4 gallons with 12.5% chlorine and heat. Only made a dent. Heres some pics. Without getting a scissor lift anyone have any idea's?
