Well, I wasn't going to bring that up since not everyone has the tools I have but you are right....all but about 300'ish were forum links. Your best backlinks come from your customers which is a pretty ironic when you think about it.

I really don't want to debate every single subdomain and city you have, every situation is unique. My comment was in general, that in the long term, it's going to cost more to rent then to build they're own site and when it's over, they don't own anything.....they are off the team.

Is not ironic at all, its the essence of the benefits of teamwork. And If you think you can just build a website for $1,000 or whatever it costs and spend no more money on it, or time (same thing) building links, creating content etc and expect to dominate the rankings, again ill say think again....because your competition is there at all times ready to outrank you or try to. There is a cost with maintaining a strong web presence, either via your own time or your money, either way is a cost above and beyond the initial set up.

And you should factor in the greater metro area with your population estimates. 50K is not a true estimate of the regions population and in case you are wondering its around 1 million with York County.
Oh and Silverstarwash does not rank on the first page of Google for me for pressure washing harrisburg, It very well could on your end, but if you dont clear your browsing history, you are not going to have an accurate reading 100% of the time and I found a link to the site.....but now im prob being petty.
Again ill ask the question for $29 per month for the benefit of this service, do you think its a bad deal? Ive had interest from other companies in that area and im positive they dont think so.
