Growth Trough Acquisition

Most of my acquisitions were finalized on my gut feeling, after all my due diligence, and what I was wanting to pay. Worked out just fine but we are not talking huge numbers here compared to GE, Sears, Visa. We are talking small business logic's.

Yeah but like any thing sometimes things are not as they appear.

Had a guy want 20 for a 50,000 annual gross. I was younger laughed at the numbers. Buddy negotiated him down like to 10,000

Lol finds out he never grossed more than 50,000 but had a 150,000 in annual agreements.

The lesson like any company sometimes the value can be hidden. Or in this case so poorly managed that they didht even know the value.

Don't large companies buy other often because they just want something?

Another example of a large buy out.

Smaller Y bank has losing numbers . Another bank buys Y bank out because they have a awesome program for car buyers. They never made it work. Today Wells Fargo is the largest auto loan back in the world. Some laughed when they bought that bank out an said it was a bad deal. Who's laughing now!
