Gum removal Have I been doing this the wrong way?

Wow, using an ignition source (drill) and an abrasive wheel (another ignition source) with a flammable aerosol and right by a gas pump, just incredible!

I hope she was wearing eye protection at least.

I was thinking the same thing that would have been a bad day! Was that a worker at Murphy that was removing the chewing gum?

Unreal.

That was slow, but I did wander around youtube and found some aerosol products that will freeze the gum so it can be scraped of in one piece. Looks really fast. Anybody price that out to see if its worth trying?

I have seen those aerosol cans for anywhere from $8.99 up to about $19.99 each.

A good friend of mine used them in the movie theatres to clean gum off carpet and seats, been doing it that way for many, many years according to him and that was back in 1985.

Not sure how many pieces of gum you could clean per can but I think for the same money you could do more with a hot water skid paying for gas and diesel.
