Gun and lance

high-pressure water jetting gun for 10,000 to 40,000 psi applications. Don't know where to get one though.

Rance call John Synder at Gardner Denver in Houston Texas, they build high pressure water blaster systems.John is a long time friend of mine.Tell him I had you to call. His number is 281-620-6683.I don't know if you know how much a gun is like the one you have pictured.John told me one time they where like a 1,000 bucks.

Alton Locks and Dam under construction in 1986 and these laborers were blasting some concrete in preparation for the next lift. I was Q.C. at that time and was sent to check progress of the blasting. When I arrived the guys were on a break period and I told them I wanted to try it out. Young and DUMB I was. Well they obliged me. I took that wand and leaned into it and squeezed that trigger and boy was I glad one of those guys was behind me. They had cranked it up to 10k PSI after running 6k PSI. They got their laugh and I got heck scared out me. LOL. I was hoping to find a gun of the same design but toned down for the type of work we do. Maybe I'll have to attempt to build my own.

The rigs John builds are very high pressure and high volume.I tried to find some pics of a rig he built a while back that he sent me,I don't know where they are on my computer.Anyway it was on a lowboy flatbed like you pull with a big rig truck,Peterbuilt or something like that type of truck and trailer. It was powered by a 475 horsepower turbo charged Cat engine, made 40,000 psi and flowed 276 GPM.It was 300,000 bucks.A company in Africa ordered 10 of them. The pressure and volume is so great that a gun and lance will only last around 45 hours of use and its no good after that.He sells 20-30 guns a week.
