Hey Everybody. My name is Matt. I own and operate Haverty's Roof Cleaning in Lakeland, FL. I have been in the exterior cleaning business for about 6 months now. I am currently just focusing on roof cleaning and non pressure exterior cleaning because that is only setup I have purchased so far. I am looking build or purchase a pressure washing rig soon. I am excited to be on this forum because I want to learn as much about the exterior cleaning business as I can from experienced business owners.

Welcome, Matt. Glad that you're getting started in Florida. That market is ripe for the picking, although I hear there are lots of lowballers down there. Lots of opportunity for good money for quality work. Don't bother coming to SC, nothing to see here...
