OFF THE WALL

Hello everyone, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Joe Prue and I run OFF THE WALL Power Washing Specialists, LLC. We have been in business since 1985, i took over running the business in 2010 and have spent the last five years learning how to run a business as well as learning about the cleaning process and equipment. I have done the best i could trying to build the business during these last 5 year and have had , some success but am looking to aggressively expand and figured I could benefit from some advice from the "been there done that" guys. Our main business has been graffiti removal and trash chute cleaning with a decent amount of commercial and almost no residential. The main thing I'm looking to do is build the commercial side of the business (parking garages, sidewalks, gas stations, restaurants, etc). I recently joined the PWRA and will be attending the Washington show, and plan on joining the UAMCC shortly. Any words of wisdom are welcome.
