HELP acid damaged annodized aluminum

So we recently washed an old brick building with GSR from Eacochem, and the brick turned out great, but the new windows on the ground level had annodized aluminum frames that got very discolored. We pre-wetted them, used a flood bar on the lift, had a ground guy rinsing and post rinsed but nevertheless, the frames blushed. You can see from the first photo that buffing them with cameo or Bon Ami and a car microfiber buffer improved the main frames about 95%, but the metal pieces (which the installer claims are annodized aluminum also) that transition from frames to brick or between windows turned really gold and some stripped down to bare metal. Its as if the dye on those parts was different. Does anyone know how to fix these without painting????
