Help pricing flatwork and roof jobs. please.

Mainly i am a fleetwasher and i am starting to expand this summer.I do not want to bid myself out of the game.I have to bid a bank branch next week for their drive thrus only.Should i figure on so much a square foot?

Gotta see what you can charge in YOUR area.
In Tampa, one is lucky sometimes to get 5 cents a sq ft on big commercial shingle jobs.
But some get 25 cents a sq ft for commercial shingle roofs in other places.

im not an expert, on pricing, but if your the only roof washer there charge 20 cents, if theres another guy bidding charge 10. if you hungry charge 5 cents. make a point that cleaning is better than paying thou,s to get it replaced. you have to walk away smiling at the end, not them. Commecial roofs.? res 20 cents

I have 2 main competitors for roof cleaning, one prices way to high. The other was pricing the same as me, but then I started getting the jobs he was bidding because I offer all pressure washing, and most people want more than just the roof. Now he has been pricing about 200 below me this past couple of weeks, but I still get the jobs. I meet them in the middle and then offer a dicount of 15% for 5 or more services. It turns my $600 jobs into $1,500 and it usually only take me a half day to do a full roof, driveway, house wash, small deck (no staining), and gutters. We charge .15c for shingle, and .20c for tiles, either barrel or flat.

I did get a call the other day from a guy who was quoted at .35c/sqft!! And took it, and didnt call me till the day of cleaning, when the other company was almost finished.
